Bruce Phillips is a life-long resident of Westhampton having attended the local public schools. He is a 1970 graduate of the University of Georgia with dual majors in Agriculture and Economics. He worked in the family-owned and operated business, C & R Duck Farm, which hatched over 1 Million ducks each year.
This Realtor's face will be familiar to many since for twenty summers he owned & operated "The Corn Crib", the local farm stand on Montauk Highway in Westhampton, famous for its local rotiserrie chicken, duck and turkey breasts.
Bruce began his real estate career more than a decade ago and has worked in the local profession ever since. His knowledge and local native history of the community will impress you. Having been the Broker of his own local real estate company for years, Bruce joined Kerrigan Country Realty as a Licensed Broker Associate in 2003.
The proud father of a beautiful daughter, Briana, 20, Bruce resides in Westhampton with Elaine Bernstein, his partner in both life & real estate.
