Brian's passion for real estate came from renting summer houses in the Hamptons. He was intrigued by the process involved with looking for and finally choosing the right house to spend his summers. Brian decided to bring this real estate knowledge and love of the Hamptons to Kerrigan Country Realty.
Brian uses his extensive experience in sales, which he gained from being a top producing salesman at King O'Rourke Cadillac in Smithtown, the family business. His success can be attributed to very strong negotiation skills, hard work, and attention to detail. He is very personable and a passionate professional with a keen ability to listen to customers - matching their needs with that special property!
